Booking
Bookings can be made through our website. Once your booking has been received, we will contact you by text message to confirm your appointment and arrange any access details if required.

Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. Additional work requested outside the booked services may incur additional charges, which will always be agreed with you beforehand.

Access to your property
Please ensure we can access your property at the agreed time.
If you will not be home, key collection, lockboxes or entry instructions must be arranged before your appointment.
If we cannot gain access at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellations & Resceduling
Please give 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the booking fee.

Additional Time
If your property requires more time than originally booked, we will discuss this with you before carrying out any additional work.

Children & Vulnerable Adults
Bubl provides professional cleaning services only.
We do not provide childcare, supervision, care or support services.
Customers remain solely responsible for the supervision, care and welfare of any children or vulnerable adults present before, during and after our visit.

Pets
We are happy to work in homes with pets.
Please let us know about any pets before your appointment and ensure any animals that may present a safety risk are secured.

Breakages & Damage
Although every care is taken, accidents can occasionally happen.
Any accidental damage caused by us should be reported immediately and will be assessed fairly.
We cannot accept responsibility for:
- Existing damage
- Wear and tear
- Poorly secured items
- Items of exceptional sentimental value unless previously discussed

Valuables
Please store cash, jewellery, important documents and other valuables safely before our arrival.

Health & Safety
For everyones safety we reserve the right to refuse or stop work if:
- The environment is unsafe
- Illegal activity is taking place
- There is aggressive or abusive behaviour
- There are hazardous substances or conditions that were not disclosed

Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We will always aim to resolve any genuine concerns promptly.

Privacy
Any personal information you provide will only be used to deliver our services and communicate with you regarding your booking.

Changes
Bubl reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Photography/Videography
To help showcase the quality of our work, Bubl may occasionally take photographs and/or videos completed cleaning results, areas of your home, or pets present during a visit. These may be used for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media channels, and other promotional materials.
We take your privacy seriously. We will make every reasonable effort to avoid capturing personal information, family photographs, addresses, sensitive documents, or identifying features unless we have your explicit permission.
If you do not wish for any photographs or videos of your home or pets to be taken, you must let us know before your scheduled appointment. By allowing your appointment to proceed without notifying us, you acknowledge that you consent to photography and videography as outlined in this policy.
You my withdraw your consent for future appointments at any time by notifying Bubl in writing before your next visit.
