After your booking is confirmed. we'll contact you by text message to introduce ourselves and arrange any access details, including keys, entry instructions or alarm codes if required. We'll also answer any questions you may have before your appointment. 

Terms: 

- An adult (18+) must be present on arrival unless alternative access has been arranged in advance.
- If you won't be home, secure key collection or entry instructions must be agreed before your appointment.
- Bubl provides cleaning services only. We are not responsible for the supervision, care or welfare of children or vulnerable adults at any time during or after the appointment.
- Please ensure pets are secure if they may pose a risk.
- If additional time is requires beyond the booked appointment, we'll discuss this with you before carrying out any extra work.
