Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be refunded or rearranged.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
If Bubl cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to rearrange.
Refunds are not available once a service has been completed, unless there is a genuine issue with the service provided.
